Der Kunde ist dafür verantwortlich, dass ein leicht zugänglicher Entladebereich vorhanden ist und geeignete Maschinen zum Entladen der Ballen/Big Bags zur Verfügung stehen. Weder CHP GroundX Ltd. noch deren Vertreter haften für Schäden an der Verpackung oder dem Produkt. 3. Wir stellen Ihnen gerne eine Produktprobe zur Verfügung oder vereinbaren eine Besichtigung der Einrichtungen unserer clienten mit bestehendem Material, damit Sie sich unsere Produkte ansehen können. Das Produkt wird aus hochwertigen Materialien hergestellt; alle Muster, Bilder oder das Produkt in einem bestehenden Raum dienen lediglich der Veranschaulichung. Die gelieferten Produkte können in Farbe, Konsistenz und Textur variieren. 4. Die zu behandelnde Fläche muss über ein ordnungsgemäß installiertes Entwässerungssystem oder eine funktionierende natürliche Entwässerung verfügen. Weder CHP GroundX Ltd. noch deren Vertreter übernehmen die Haftung für Probleme, die durch unzureichende Entwässerung entstehen. 5. Unsere Produkte werden nach Menge berechnet und geliefert. Wir können Ihnen anhand der von Ihnen angegebenen Oberflächen- und Tiefenmaße eine ungefähre Angabe zur benötigten Produktmenge machen. Diese dient jedoch nur der Veranschaulichung. Der Kunde ist für die Richtigkeit dieser Maße verantwortlich, und die bestellten Mengen richten sich nach seinem Bedarf sowie nach seinen persönlichen Präferenzen hinsichtlich Tiefe und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die bestellte Produktmenge für Ihren Bedarf ausreicht. 6. ⁠Sollten die gelieferten Produkte wider Erwarten nicht dem Datenblatt (auf Anfrage erhältlich) entsprechen, muss der Kunde CHP GroundX Ltd. kontaktieren, bevor die Abladung des Materials von dem Lieferwagen erfolgt. Kann nachgewiesen werden, dass die Produkte nicht dem Datenblatt entsprechen, veranlasst CHP GroundX Ltd. die Rücksendung der ungeöffneten Ballen/Big Bags und erstattet den vollen Kaufpreis abzüglich der Versandkosten. Mit Verlassen des Kundengeländes durch den Lieferwagen gilt die Ware als vom Kunden angenommen. 7. CHP GroundX Ltd. liefert ausschließlich Produkte. Wir installieren das Produkt nicht und übernehmen keine Haftung für Verluste oder Schäden, die durch die Installation entstehen könnten.

Una vez que el camión o camiones de reparto han abandonado las instalaciones del cliente, se considera que el cliente ha aceptado el producto o productos. 6. CHP GroundX Ltd. solo ofrece productos. Terms and Conditions

1.All deliveries are made by semi-trailer trucks. The product may be packaged in bales or large bags. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is an easily accessible unloading area and that suitable machinery is available to unload the bales/bags. Neither CHP GroundX Ltd nor its reps can be held responsible for any damage to the packaging or the product 2. We can provide you with a sample of the product or arrange for you to visit existing premises in order for you to view our products. The product is derived from high quality recycled materials; any samples, images or product at existing premises shall be indicative only. The products we supply may vary in colour, consistency and texture 3. The area to be covered by the product must have a properly functioning drainage system installed or properly functioning natural drainage. Neither CHP GroundX Ltd nor its reps accept any responsibility for any problems caused by insufficient drainage 4. Our products are quoted for and supplied on a quantity basis. We may provide guidance on the quantity of product that you may require based upon the area measurements and depth provided, however this is for indicative purposes only. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these measurements and the quantities you order will depend on your own personal preferences as to depth and final finish of the product. We give no guarantee or warrant that the amount of product you order will be sufficient for your requirements 5. In the unlikely event that the customer believes the product(s) delivered do not comply with the Technical Sheet (available on request) the customer should contact CHP GroundX Ltd before the delivery truck has left the customer’s premises. If it can be proven that the product(s) do not comply with the Technical Sheet, CHP GroundX Ltd will arrange for unopened packages to be returned and will provide a full refund of the unopened packages, excluding delivery charges. Once the delivery truck(s) have left the customer’s premises, the customer is deemed to have accepted the product(s) 6. CHP GroundX Ltd offers supply only. We do not provide installation of the product and accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred due to installation
