PRORIDE-AWF
PRO-RIDE SURFACES sets new standards in the development of modern and environmentally friendly riding surface systems. AWF has been specifically designed for use in riding arenas, optimizing both the structure and functionality of the surface in a resource-efficient way. The eco-friendly fiber technology enhances stability, provides an ideal base for daily training, and supports efficient, balanced moisture management while reducing dust formation. The result: a durable, resilient, and consistently elastic riding surface that not only supports the horse’s performance but is also joint-friendly and minimizes material wear. With AWF, PRO-RIDE SURFACES offers a technically advanced and sustainable solution for the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility in modern equestrian sport.

PRORIDE-AWF2
AWF2 follows the same principle, with the key difference that the surface offers greater elasticity.

PRO-GEO X
Our PRO-GeoX consists of cut fibers from high-quality non-woven fleece and was specially developed to optimize riding surfaces. When mixed into the footing layer, it increases the stability and shear strength of the surface, creating a uniform, slip-resistant, and durable base. The fibers interlock with the sand, reducing its displacement and improving the elasticity of the riding surface. For optimal results, our PRO-GeoX should only be mixed with high-quality riding sand, such as quartz sand or silica sand. The recommended amount is 2 to 3 kg of PRO-GeoX per m². Raw Material Origin and Quality: The raw materials we use for PRO-GeoX come from new non-woven fabric remnants from the textile industry. These remnants are generated during the production of non-woven textiles, which are used, among other things, in geotextiles, home textiles, and the automotive industry. Since these applications are subject to strict regulations regarding harmful substances, the materials used must not contain any relevant levels of pollutants. In our production process, the raw materials are processed exclusively mechanically and are not chemically treated. This ensures that the material is not subjected to any additional stress. Advantages: * Improved stability and shear strength of the riding surface * Reduced sand migration and a more uniform footing * Increased sure-footedness for horse and rider * Improved elasticity and load-bearing capacity * Suitable for indoor riding arenas, outdoor arenas, lungeing rings, and horse walkers * Made from high-quality nonwoven fabric remnants from the textile industry * Exclusively mechanical processing without any additional chemical treatment Durability: The durability of the geotextile bedding material is generally up to approximately 10 years when used correctly and under normal conditions. The actual lifespan depends on local conditions, the intensity of use, and the maintenance of the riding surface. Safety Information: The product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the criteria of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation). Disposal: When disposing of waste, all applicable official and public regulations must be observed. If material recycling is not possible, disposal or recycling must be carried out in accordance with (DE) AVV No. 040222, or the respective regulations for disposal or recycling in the respective country.
Key features

Riding arena edging
With the elastic riding arena edging made of rubber granulate, arenas can be safely enclosed. The shock-absorbing material of the block elements significantly reduces the risk of injury.

SG 40 paddock grid
No groundwork, no gravel or crushed stone required. Simply lay it on the grass, compact it, and you're done. No special sub-base is needed.

Quad maintenance
A riding arena leveller for pure carpet fiber surfaces must meet very different requirements than one designed for traditional sand. Since carpet fibers do not compact the same way as sand but remain elastic, the goal is to re-stabilize, compact and level the surface rather than to loosen or break it up.
Proper disposal
AWF surfaces are too valuable to simply be discarded. There are several options available: If you change stables, you can easily take the AWF surface with you and install it at your new arena, or sell or give it away. If you decide to dispose of it, the AWF surface must be handled properly. If the carpet fibers are no longer to be used, they must also be disposed of in a professional manner. Many cities and municipalities offer bulky waste disposal services, which often include carpets. Check with your local waste collection service for specific regulations and schedules. Another option is disposal through a recycling center. Carpet fibers are often accepted there for a fee and processed correctly. Specialized disposal services: There are companies that specialize in the collection and disposal of carpet fibers. Although this service is usually chargeable, it requires no effort on your part. The companies collect the material and ensure environmentally responsible disposal.
